仕事納め

本年最後のパンづくりは、ブランサワーと生クリーム入りのパンでした。

ブランサワーは、食物繊維豊富で、ミネラルも豊富なので、それだけでもとても体にいいものです。調子が悪いときに、口にすると、少しずつ体が回復していくのがわかるときがあります。

 

ある生徒さんは、このパンをとても大切にしていますが、効果がわかっているからでしょうね。

 

全粒粉のパンに倍以上の効果のあるパンです。
